1. Introduction
Welcome to TLNT (“the App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By downloading or using TLNT, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

These Terms govern your use of TLNT’s mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

2. Our Role
TLNT provides a digital marketplace that connects creative talent (e.g., models, photographers, videographers, stylists, and creators) with clients (e.g., brands, agencies, and individuals) seeking to book their services.
We facilitate discovery, communication, and payments, but do not act as an employer, talent agency, or contracting party between users.
All engagements are direct agreements between users themselves.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 12 years old to use TLNT.
You must provide accurate, up-to-date information when creating your profile.
TLNT reserves the right to verify identities and remove users who violate our policies.

4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
You agree to:
Not share your login details with others.
Notify us immediately at support@tlnttheapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
TLNT reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

5. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are initiated and confirmed through the TLNT Platform.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
TLNT may charge a service fee (clearly displayed before checkout).
Once a booking is confirmed, both parties are bound by the agreed terms (e.g., date, duration, fee).
TLNT is not responsible for the performance or outcome of any project, but may assist in dispute resolution.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
Clients may cancel a booking prior to the scheduled start time, subject to the talent’s stated cancellation policy.
Talent who cancel repeatedly may have accounts reviewed or suspended.
Refunds, if applicable, are handled case-by-case through our payment processor.

7. User Conduct
You agree to use TLNT professionally and respectfully, and not to:
Post or share explicit, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
Misrepresent your identity, experience, or affiliations.
Use the Platform for solicitation, spam, or non-professional activity.
Circumvent the Platform to avoid paying fees.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent removal.

8. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on TLNT — including logos, designs, and software — are the property of Fahad Nasser (TLNT) or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, copy, or exploit any portion of the Platform without prior written consent.
User-generated content remains the property of its creator, but by uploading, you grant TLNT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute it within the app.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
TLNT is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from user interactions, bookings, or payments.
The Platform is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind (express or implied).
TLNT does not guarantee any minimum earnings, exposure, or booking volume.

10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between users (e.g., client vs. talent) should first be handled directly through the in-app chat or mediation request.
If unresolved, TLNT may provide neutral assistance, but is not a party to any binding resolution.
Legal disputes with TLNT itself shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with venue in Dubai

11. Termination
You may close your account at any time.
TLNT may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
Upon termination, your right to use TLNT ends immediately, but any ongoing obligations (e.g., confirmed bookings or pending payments) remain enforceable.

We may update these Terms periodically.
When we do, the updated version will be posted within the App and on our website, with the “Effective Date” revised accordingly.
